I suck at my job!
You could hear from across the room I suck at my job.
A co-worker was melting down after her first month as a permanent part of our team.
Cindy worked as a temp for 6 months and was added to our department because there was an opening and everyone liked her and we felt she did a good job.
A couple of ladies from near by came over to find out what was wrong with Cindy.
She said the pace of work was too fast for her and she just couldn’t keep up.
They tried to convince her to stick with it because it gets easier.
However no amount of encouragement could change her mind from telling herself I suck at my job.
If you have ever felt like you just didn’t measure up to your job.
There could be several reasons for this including a bad boss, bad co workers, and many others.
